Random fic stats! :D

obsessioncalledSo I have this thing I do where I copy everything new on my comp to the external hard drive once a week. I <3 backups.
I also have this thing I do where I copy every fic I read. (I've had enough of thinking, "Oh, I'd like to reread XXX" only to find, oh, no, the author apparently disappeared off the face of the Earth and took her LJ account with her. Thus, copying.)
And since the backup happens once a week, I realized, hey, I should be able to see how much fic I've read every week!
Therefore, completely useless fic stats!
Now. Okay. The backup thing was originally supposed to happen on Saturdays. Eveningish. But, A, the first week is shorter because I did the initial backup of everything already on my comp on a... Tuesday, I think? And B, it... didn't happen. The Saturday thing. Because Mac was here, so it got moved to Monday that week. And also this last week(end) because I was... watching something. On TV. With my parents. Fawlty Towers, maybe. But yeah. Whatever.
April 7 - April 12
14 fics, 40 904 words.
April 12 - April 21
12 fics, 41 645 words.
April 21 - April 28
17 fics, 186 319 words.
Uhh, yeah. So note how the longest period of time has the... Okay, not the smallest word count, but the smallest number of individual fics and the second-to-smallest wordcount. I blame Mac and her David-Hewlett-marathony ways.
Also, I think... All except one are SGA. There was one SGA RPS fic, the rest is SGA, though not all McShep; there are a couple Rodney/Teyla as well.
Edit: Okay, I guess I'll keep updating this, then.
April 28 - May 5
7 fics, 24 228 words.
May 5 - May 12
4 fics, 26 824 words.
Right. Maybe I'll update this later. Or not. We'll see.
Don't have much else to add. Liking the new Doctor Who so far, though I think the last two eps were weaker than the two first. Missing Torchwood. And, of course, SGA. And stuff. Whatever.
