'Nother Adie drabble. What's up with that, anyway? xp

Billie wishes he could love Adie, he really does. But for some reason, he can’t. He’s tried to tell himself that he loves her, of course he does, she’s his fucking wife, but telling himself this hasn’t worked, so far.

Deep down, Billie knows exactly why he can’t love Adie.

She hasn’t got short, usually spiked, sometimes blond hair.
She hasn’t got blue eyes.
She isn’t “the best fucking bass player in the history of punk rock”.
She hasn’t been Billie’s best friend ever since age ten.

The reason Billie can’t love Adie is quite simple, really.

She isn’t Mike.

(maccadole, did I ever send that to you? 'Cause I'm starting to think not. Hmm.)




Anyway. I'm off to study for the French test that didn't happen on Thursday.
