Billie suddenly disappearing from the studio wasn’t something that happened a lot. Sometimes, though, it did happen. Like now.

Someone who had known Billie for less than twenty years maybe wouldn’t have known where to find the singer. Mike, of course, knew exactly where to look for him.

And, indeed, he found Billie sitting on the roof, just where he’d excpected.

“Hi there”, he said silently. Billie turned to look at him.
“Hey.” He reached out a hand and pulled Mike down next to him. Mike let his arms slide around his boyfriend’s body, and they watched the moon together.

"Moon" was a prompt from maccadole.
