I finally, finally got the rest of the yarn I need for my Doctor Who scarf. I've been stuck since, oh, early November? Something like that? Because the yarn store in town hasn't had the right brown colour since then. So I finally just ordered it online. Meaning I should have it done in a few days :D

I should also study math, since I have a test on Thursday.

SGA-wise, Sweden has actually made it to The Kindred (as in, part 1) now. Two to go (not that it really matters to me since I've seen them both anyway, though I usually do watch it when it airs).

Thoughtcrimes is airing here tonight! At, like, 2am, but still! JFlan! So I'm watching that. Yay.

And... I dunno. I think that's about it.

Ooh. I've been wanting to knit one of those for a long time. What kind/brands/quantities of yarn are you using? I've seen those patterns before, but I'm especially interested in just how much of each color you need in RL.

I'm using one called Juvel (http://www.monarchknitting.com/yarnpages/juvel.html) for every colour except the yellow, where I'm using one called Safir (because the yarn store didn't have Juvel in a good yellow colour).

And kind of a lot, really. Since I've been working on the scarf for so long, I can't say exactly, but it is a lot, especially with the tassels. More than you'd think, at least. I can try to figure out how much I used, if you want ^^
